My role goes beyond reservations. I take the time to understand your family, what matters most to you, and what you want this vacation to feel like. Then I help bring the pieces together into a cohesive, personalized experience, thinking through the details that can make the difference between a day spent managing logistics and one spent enjoying the moment.

I create customized digital itineraries, help coordinate resort and concierge arrangements, provide thoughtful Lightning Lane planning and booking support, and work through the practical details that help your vacation flow. When appropriate, I collaborate with your resort's concierge team and other relevant providers to help coordinate the experience.

  • Alexa helped my husband and I plan a wonderful anniversary trip in October 2025. We stayed: 1 night Contemporary, 6 nights Yacht Club, 2 nights Boardwalk Inn Cottage Suites, 2 nights Wilderness Lodge. The last reservation at Wilderness Lodge was not planned. Our vacation was extended due to potential weather-related flight delays. She coordinated our last minute booking and also secured a much needed ECV for me when I was physically no longer able to walk.   • When I first was planning our family trip to Disney, I was completely lost. I met Alexa and that changed quickly. She helped us so much with coordinating what we wanted to do and making the most of our trip. Any character, ride or activity we were interested in, Alexa got us right there. She was so helpful and made our experience flawless. I really can’t say enough about her. She treated me like a friend and any question I had, she answered and was so helpful. She also gave us so many tips and recommended so many great places to go. She booked everything on our trip, our beautiful resort, our park passes, our Halloween passes, food reservations and even lightning lane passes. She recommended the lightning lane passes and I was unsure, but so glad I did! It was worth every penny to not have to wait in line. It was also so helpful and nice she booked our food reservations. Our daughter wanted to do a lot of the character dining and we were booked and booked at the right times. Which was important because you don’t want to go to these places when they are packed. For example, the Stitch breakfast at Ohana, we booked early (7:30 am) in the morning. Hardly anyone was there and we saw Stitch and the gang within the first 30 minutes. When we went to head out to Epcot around 10:00, that place was packed and the characters were coming around every 90 minutes. She was so good at planning and timing and even made us an itinerary!! She also set up all our lightning lane passes and schedule, I didn’t even know half the rides she had recommended!! But once we rode them and experienced it, it was out of this world. She had booked us for The Gaurdians of the Galaxy ride and I was a little hesitate but so happy she did!! That ride was incredible and so glad she knew which rides to ride to make the most out of our trip. She made our trip so magical and easy. We had the best time!!
